RITEK's Limited Warranty Statement：
Thank you sincerely for purchasing the RIDATA products (“Products”). The limited warranty provided by RITEK Corporation (“RITEK”) is subject to the conditions set forth below:

Limited Warranty Conditions：
This RITEK's Statement of Limited Warranty applies only to the Products manufactured by or for RITEK that can be identified by the trade name or logo affixed there to (“RIDATA”) or the Products' material defects in design and manufacture and the Products will substantially conform to their originally published specifications. RITEK does not warrant any products that are not manufactured by RITEK.
  1. RITEK provides certain warranty services to a series of the Products from the date of purchase. RITEK's warranty shall only be limited to the following conditions:
    Those defects, which for the Products, arise from normal intended usage of the Products and any usage procedures or instructions recommended by RITEK.
  2. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the Products who has proof of purchase and register the serial number in the website: www.ridata.com after his receipt of any of the Products.
Limited Warranty Coverage：

 Subject to the above conditions, RITEK will be liable to its resellers, distributors, and customers for repair or replace any of the defective Products. If any of the defective Products falls under the terms of this warranty, RITEK will inspect the defective products and at its discretion, adopt the following measures:
  1. If you find any defective Products after the date of purchase, RITEK will, at its discretion, be responsible to repair or replace it with a new one. If the same Products are no longer manufactured, RITEK will ship out a new equivalent or a greater one for you.
  2. Replaced product will carry its rest limited warranty based on the longest coverage.
  3. Replace or repair any of the Products which are not covered by the above warranties should be returned with proof of purchase and in charge by RITEK.
  4. The above-mentioned warranties do not apply to the following conditions:
 
  1. Any product that are not sold or manufactured by RITEK.
  2. .The Products once have been maintained or repaired by customers, users or any third party.
  3. The software or hardware of the Products that could be compatible with other products, devices, or machines.
  4. Any maintenance service that are not involved in the Products, Including, without limitation, accessories' packaging or consumables.
  5. Any harm or damage of the Products resulted from all kinds of defective packaging made by customers or users when delivering it for maintenance.
  6. Solution to the compatibility of the Products.
  7. Any harm resulting from abnormal use, including but not limited to, damages on memory cards' outer covering, humid, wet, drop, and testing prototypes.
  8. Rescuing the data that have been installed in the Products by customers or users before.
  9. The Products that are not used in accordance with the product instructions recommended by RITEK or have been altered or damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, improper operating environment or any force majeure.
  10. The repair or replacement of the Products that has been modified or repaired without RITEK's prior written permission.
  11. Its product number, serial number or warranty identification labels having been altered or removed.
  12. Utility rate or time that exceeds the Products' specification stipulated therein.
Limitation of Warranty：

 The warranty set forth above exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether oral or written express or implied. RITEK specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including, without limitation, unlimited warranty, warranty provided by your distributor or reseller itself, warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, its accessories, and use's manual. Unless RITEK announces otherwise to the public, in no event shall any RITEK's distributor, reseller or employee make any modification, addition or extension to this warranty statement.

In no event will RITEK be liable to the customer for indirect, incidental, exemplary, special or consequential damages or losses, including, without limitation, interruption of business, loss of use, profits, goodwill or savings, or loss of data or programs, arising out of or in connection with this warranty statement or the use or performance of the Products, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if advised in advance of the possibility of such loss or damage. The above liability limitations are resulted from the warranty statement and the indemnity is in accordance with the amount of each individual transaction.

RITEK will not provide the service to rescue any data in the Products. Please customers shall backup all the data before any maintenance.
